Installation of Mecanum wheel
Mecanum wheel wheel would be achieve omnidirectional mobile function, need to match the 2 right mecanum wheels and 2 left mecanum wheels at least. Each mecanum wheel has 6 ~ 8 polyurethane rollers, the roll according to its axis parallel to the rotation of the wheel plane a 45-degree Angle. Axle and rollers are sandwiched between two thick stainless steel plate or aluminum alloy plates. Mecanum wheel is divided into three types: two-piece type, stainless steel bending type, branch type.

Screwdriver, wrench, fork socket
Polyurethane wheels rollers, bolt, nut, shaft, bearing, etc
Methods/procedures
1. assemble the rollers on both sides of the steel plate, the middle parts are tighten by bolts and nuts ,composed a mecanum wheel outlines.
2.Install polyurethane rollers on the wheels, each polyurethane rollers are tighten by bolts.
3.Stiring the polyurethane rollers, confirm whether therotation wheel is stability etc.
